Hyannis House: Center for Care and Community

Open 11am – 5pm, Monday through Friday.

Collaboratively run by the Office of Multicultural Affairs, Key Center for Community Engaged Learning, Women Gender Sexuality Studies, Food Equity Initiative, Trans Student Union and community partner Blue Ridge Pride.

The Hyannis House is a space for all UNCA community members, especially BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ students, to feel welcomed and affirmed. Whether you are stopping by to visit our food pantry, connecting with one of our resident community partners, seeking a quiet space to study, hanging out with friends, holding a meeting or celebration, or enjoying a Hyannis House event, The House is a place where you can feel seen, heard, and valued.
